This is a two stage Haskel booster capable of boosting 100 PSI breathing air up to 7500 PSI. An ideal application for industrial fire brigades where a breathing air compressor in not available or wanted. Fill your SCBA cylinders to 2216, 3000 or 4500 & 5500 PSI with breathing air provided by your industrial gas supplier.

The Haskel booster pictured is portable and requires no annual maintenance. Average overhaul cycle is 2000 hours. This booster is powered by either shop or plant air with a minimum of 75-150 PSI and 15 CFM as a minimum.

This booster comes equipped with 6000 PSI fill hose, with hand tight CGA 347 nut & nipple. The booster is also equipped with adjustable high pressure safety relief valve, inlet and outlet 5 micron filters, air pilot valve to automatically start and stop the booster at preset pressure, say 4500 or 5500 PSI.

--- Typical Booster Operation ---

• Equalize the pressure between one your DOT air cylinders and your SCBA cylinder.

• If the desired pressure is not obtained, simply start cycling your booster to finish filling to the desired pressure. (60 cycles per minute.)

• Stop the booster when the desired fill pressure is obtained.

The booster shown above comes equipped with 3000 PSI oxygen transfer hose with CGA 540 nut & nipple, oxygen fill hose with oxygen yoke and bleed valve. Also equipped with high pressure relief valve, inlet and outlet 5 micron filters, remote set pilot valve to automatically start and stop the booster.

Save approximately 20% on the cost of your rented gas cylinders. If you're returning standard "K" cylinders (2265 PSI working pressure with 230 SCF of gas) when your supply cylinder pressure gets down to 600 PSI, you're returning about 20% of useable gas. Haskel's two stage Haskel booster can scavenge this 20%, reduce the headache of handling additional gas storage cylinders and lower your costs on purchased gas supplies.
