Sierra Precision warrants to the original purchaser for a period of two years that this booster, not including seals, is free from defects in material and workmanship. Sierra Precision warrants seals in this air booster for a period of 200 hours of operating time.

Sierra Precision's sole obligation under this warranty, or under any other warranty implied by law, in the event of breach thereof, shall be as follows: for a period of two years after the date on which this air booster was originally purchased, Sierra Precision will either, at its option: (a) repair free of charge any defect in material or workmanship in this air booster, or (b) replace this air booster with an air booster of comparable value.

This warranty is issued only for the benefit of the original purchaser and will not be available for the benefit of any transferee of the purchaser.

This warranty shall be inapplicable if the air booster has been tampered with, modified, missused, or altered in any way.
