You have chosen to do a qualitative fit test. Which type of testing agent do you want to use. There are three kinds of agent available: Irratant Smoke, Saccharin and Banana Oil. Each of these agents produce a strong taste and/or smell for the subject testing to detect once donning and adjusting the respirator. Note: N95 and N100 masks can be fit tested using Bitrix with a tent. Bitrix testing in a tent has been found to be more accurate than testing with a Portacount electronic fit tester.
