North American pumps are particularly suitable for continuous operation due to its rugged design and corrosion resistant intermediate filter and cooler assemblies. Through use of balanced moving parts in the drive gear and connecting rods, the compressor is designed to run vibration free. They can be used with a variety of drive motors and numerous control and monitoring units as may be required by specific customer needs.

STATE-OF-THE-ART DESIGN
Three and Four-stage designed for low vibration and balanced rod loads. Interstage coolers, finned after cooler, finned cylinders, finned aluminum heads, fan-bladed flywheel allows cooler operating and discharge temperatures.

TOP GRADE MATERIALS
Aluminum crankcase eliminates unnecessary weight. Cast iron cylinders for long life. Ductile iron counterbalanced crankshaft with large diameter throw for low bearing loads, high strength and increased life. Aluminum cylinder heads for superior heat dissipation. 7075-T6 aluminum connecting rods for high strength.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
All compressor pumps are individually tested and certified for performance to required operating conditions. Two year manufacturer's warranty.

HIGH QUALITY COMPONENTS
Anti-friction bearings for smooth operation with lower horsepower. Front and rear bearings provide precise crankshaft alignment and long shaft life. Fully enclosed, all metal fan-blade guard. Fly wheel precision-balanced and fan-bladed for excellent cooling capacity. Heavy duty, shaft-driven, gear-type oil pump provides generous lubrication to critical wear areas for longer pump life. Stainless steel, disc-in-plate valves for long wear and excellent heat resistance and dissipation. Valve housings nickel-plated for corrosion resistance.

EASY TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN
Quick change air-intake filters for easy maintenance. Two crankcase covers for quick and easy main bearing replacement and access to crankshaft and connecting rods.
